Leadership Today

Leadership Vacaville is a six-month professional development program that nurtures tomorrow's active, committed civic leaders. Local businesses nominated up-and-coming supervisors or managers to participate.

Participants in this premium leadership program comprise diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Graduates form lasting connections with each other and to civic community leaders.

Graduates of the program benefit from a curriculum that elevates their leadership skills, and just as importantly, expose them to the community's key institutions - schools, government, healthcare, business, and community services.

Applications for 2023- 2024 will be available soon.
